For immediate release:
November 7, 2009 Lock and Low Four wheel Drive Club of Visalia completed new projects and maintenance on the Mirror Lake Trail in the Sierra National Forest, California. Participating was Mark Byham, Mark Cave, Steve Egbert, Richard Giotto, Rick Mills, and Phil Moreno along with Anthony Benadette of the Forest Service. The group installed a new trail warning sign at the top of the hill. The new sign was designed to be more durable and mounted on a strong steel post. The group cut up and moved a large fallen tree near the top of the hill. Maintenance was also preformed on the toilet at Mirror Lake and the toilet at Sand Flat. Lock and Low continues it's commitment to work with the Sierra National Forest to maintain a positive working relationship between the users and the forest service.
